Increase your protein to three servings a day instead of two for at least days 4-6. This will help level the blood sugar. If you are very sick during the first two days eating healthy, it means you are so high on sugar that your body is not able to initially regulate sugar. You have lowered your sugar consumption significantly over a short period of time and it will take a couple of days for the body to catch up and get used to the lower sugar intake.
