How Do I Submit a Refund Request?

Aceva prides itself on the "Empty Bottle Guarantee". This allows you to try any individual nutritional product and return it for any reason, within 60-days of purchase, for an unconditional, money-back guarantee.  Any individual nutritional product falls under the "Empty Bottle Guarantee" but multiple opened bottles of the same product and any kit or program purchased can not be returned.

Online Orders: If you purchased a product on line and wish to return it for a refund, you must return the bottle (regardless of whether it is full or empty), along with a completed Refund Request Form directly to Aceva at 624 W. Glen Road, Peoria, IL 61614.  If the product is received within 60 days of the initial purchase, a refund will be issued.  Please be sure to fill out the form completely.  Incomplete forms will result in a delay of your refund. 

In Store Purchases:  If you purchased your product from a retail establishment you must return the product back to the location at which you made the purchase. In order to qualify for the "Empty Bottle Guarantee" you must still bring the bottle you are returning and complete a Refund Request Form.
